Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been experiencing pain in my right arm in the bicep area. There is a small lump that causes painful sensations that is relieved with pain killers like tylenol or tramadol. It works for a while bu then the pain cames back. So I am always taking medication to take away the pain. The pain feels like it is being strangled it hurts alot. What can I do?
It looks to me that you are having any lipoma or any other tumour in your biceps muscle. I would suggest you to take opinion from general surgeon and get ultrasound examination of the elbow. If there is mass then you can get it excised. If there is no mass present then this pain will improve with Brufen and hot water fomentation.
