What Is The Treatment For Pain In Right Side Of Abdomen?

I had a bad fall skiing sunday. I have had a lot of pain in my kidneys no blood in urine no pain in spine I was unable to have a bowel movement so I took citroma laxative at about 9.30 last night and at 630 this morning managed 2 go less pain but still a lot on right side any advice

HI. This is called a blunt injury abdomen and it is wise to get a clinical test and minimum of ultrasonography done to see that there is no internal injury. If this is done as a precautionary measure (as you have symptoms of pain in abdomen) can help to overcome emergency situation.
Laxatives should avoided as it can enhance the problem with the intestines if it has contusion...
