What Is The Treatment For Painful Hips After An Accident?
I was in a motorcycle accident about 4wks ago I rode away from the scene was just sore and some road rash I woke up the next day and alot of pain in my hips some of the pain had gone away but it s painful when I walk and it pops alot and sum times I feel like I can support my own weight.

Hello, Thanks for your query. As you are able to bear weight on the legs and your xrays are negative for fractures, a major bony injury can be ruled out. Generally, soft tissue contusions (muscles,ligaments) takes around 3 weeks to return to normalcy. * Use ice packs to temporarily suppress the pain * Once the acute pain subsides, use moist heat compressions to relax the muscles * Judiciously use analgesics and muscle relaxants * local analgesic gel application I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
