Hi
Thanks for writing your query
I have gone through your query based on that it seems a hairline fracture may be there in the foot which needs to be confirmed by x ray. Further treatment depends on x ray report. Most of these injury are managed by plaster of paris/fibre cast. Meanwhile keep limb elevated along with compression bandage and take ibuprofen/trypsin to reduce pain and swelling under medical guidance.
Hope this helps.
Take care
