Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Filariasis with fibrosis.
Dear,Hetrazan treats the parasitic eosinophilic symptom complex but doesn't reduce the fibrotic complications of it.
Fibrosis is the normal outcome of blocked lymphatics with auto-immune body response to parasite.
Steroids / Vit C / Antioxidant / Artemisinin combination with Hetrazan / Peroxide Iv with 7.5 ml / 500 ml may control fibrosis and reduce severity of fibrosis and its functional complications.
