i m very trouble bcoz i cant find the treatment of piles and leukorrhoea. these diseases occur my mother and father my father age was in between 50-52 piles disease , and mother age in between 44-45 leukorrhoea patient plz doctor send answer on my e-mail YYYY@YYYY
Hello As you mentioned that your father is having Piles ( hemorrhoids ) ,when such patient visit in my clinic I advise them to take & use NEFIDIPINE& LIDOCAINE CREAM , available over chemist shop . I also advise them to take some laxative for constipation and softening of stool. Still no improvement then consult a surgeon and get in an operation ( surgery very minor surgery ). For leucorrhea , this is usually due to pelvic inflammatory disease ( PID ) , when such patient visit I advise them tinidazole + miconazole pessary ( vaginal tablet for local use ) . Anti fungus tablet ( fluconazole 150 mg 2 tablet stat) . Ornidazole 500 mg twice in a day for 10-15 days + personal hygiene ( with local antiseptic solution). Hope this information will help you.
