Hello, I was diagnosed with pityriasis rosae 5 years ago and was cured with corticosteroids for a month, and rash was healed, but a year ago started again, and also I have this 2.5cm in diameter scaly rash that itches occasionally it is red and started 2 months ago as a little scaly dot but now has grown, can you please help me

if it is again p.rosea, you have to take the same treatment that is topical steroidal creams. But such scaly rash can be due to fungal infection also. And treatment for this is entirely different. So, i will advice you to upload a pic of the lesions so that correct diagnosis can be made.
