What Is The Treatment For Pus Filled Cysts Under The Arms Which Are Not Subsiding Since Long Term?
i have multiple puss filled cysts under armpits, i have these problem from past 7 years but the cysts will be subsiding itself but now i am pregnant and the cysts have become more with puss and bad smell but now can i go for treatment as the cysts are not subsiding
From the description that you have provided, I suspect that you have developed lesions of hidradenitis suppurativa. This is a rare skin condition in which theare is recurrent development of pus filled lesions and cysts especially in the axilla. This condition requires continuous and long term treatment. I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist and get yourself assessed. For the time being, maintain local hygiene. Keep the affected area clean and dry. Clean it with an antiseptic lotion twice a day. Do not apply any oil over it.
