What Is The Treatment For Rash On The Scrotum?

Greetings doctor

i have some kind of small looking rash on my groin between where the scrotum and the thigh meets and i have tried using salt on it and vaseline and i has been working for sometime but everytime i wake up i look at it,and sometimes its color is pale and sometimes it seems like it getting bigger. its on my scrotum and thigh. so what is it and what can i do. Please help

HI. Paying - no problem.
This may be due to local skin affection due to fungus which is the most common occurrence at this site die to hidden area , accumulation of sweat ans so on.
Please try pure antifungal creams / lotion for a long time.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Apply nothing else.
Avoid exposure to too hot tings , increases the sweating and makes a ground for fungus and infection.
