What Is The Treatment For Rashes On Hand?

Hello. I have this rash on back of my left hand but it doesn't itch. It has tiny red bumps and it goes about 4 inches out from my rest on both sides. I doubled it's size sense this morning(2-17-14). What are some possibilities on what it is? How can I treat it?
