What Is The Treatment For Rashes On The Arms?

For about 2 and a half months now I've been breaking out in this rash on my arms and two spots on my legs that start as little red bumps that will weep a little then open as sores, scab will form and they will itch a bit and go away then here comes more. My shoulders have been tormented by this. My oldest daughter has about 3 places total on her and my youngest daughter who is 3y/o is now getting similar spots on her arms as well. My husband is the only one in the home not affected by this so I am confused as to if it is contagious. Please help!
