I was to scared to go to the hospital because I dont want to go through all the trouble just to be sent home. I have been keeping a secret and this is my only way to ask another person about this problem or problems. I have been bleeding rectally for the past several months and I dont know why. I do not strain when I use the bathroom but everytime I bleed. I am a guy so it is not like i have a period or anything. I have also had dizzy spells, stomach pains, and at times I got so tired and weak feeling I have to lay down and close my eyes. I have even started getting light nose bleeds and at times I could up dry blood. I have started getting cold chills and I feel so depressed and tired all the time. I just dont know what to do anymore.
