What Is The Treatment For Rectal Pain , Excessive Sweating And Dizziness?

I just went through a bout of rectal pain, temperature dropped to 96, uncontrollable sweating, dizziness and almost passed out. Lasted about 20 minutes the first time, it receeded for about 10 minutes and thn got worse. Lasted 30 minutes and now gone... Ideas?
