What Is The Treatment For Red, Itchy Rash On Hand?
I have a red flat rash that itches on my right hand only. I took Benadryl for the itching thinking I must have gotten into something. The spots didnt go away, and now they feel like pins and needles whenever pressure is applied. It appears there are a couple spots on my feet as well. Please help!

Hi,
You seem to have developed an allergic skin disease.
You should avoid applying any kind of skin irritants like dettol, spirit over it.
You might need to apply a topical steroid cream over the affected area twice a day for few days.
Take some oral antihistamines along.
See a nearby dermatologist if the condition tends to persist despite this therapy.
You might need a course of oral steroids.
