What Is The Treatment For Red Line In Spinal Region After Injury?

I went skydiving yesterday and landed on my tailbone at quite high speed on landing....the impact was too great for my legs (fierce stinging pain) so without thought I sat the landing....I m moving better but I now have a promonite red line down my crack from the spine region of my lumbar to the tailbone....

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and based on the description, your injury seems to be minor and no important structures seem to have got injured.

The red line is possibly due to skin trauma/rupture and would heal on its own in a few days.

If there is pain in that region, an MRI scan may be done to look for any slipped disc.
