What Is The Treatment For Red Spots On The Groin And Legs?

My daughter has red spots on her groin and upper legs as well as on her stomach and around her nipples. Some of the spots have white heads on them. She says that they are very itchy. She has not been sick or even had a fever. She has been vasccinated for chicken pox and measles
