What Is The Treatment For Redness Around Penis?

Hi I ve recently noticed redness around the rim of my penis. When I looked up penile papules It looked exactly like what I have. I ve been recently experiencing itching everywhere from the inside of my thighs to my penis shaft. I was wondering if you could diagnose it better. I was tested for a STD about a year ago and was clean and since then I ve only had unprotected sex with my girlfriend who also was tested a year ago with me (when she was tested she was positive for chylmadia, so the health-care doctor gave me a pill to cure chylmadia like she received). We broke up over the summer but got back together shortly after. I had sex with one girl once over the summer with a condom and then got back with my ex girlfriend but other then that I haven t been sexual active. So to be experiencing all these symptoms now is a surprise to me since I haven t had sex in over 3 months. So like I said my rim of the penis looks like penile papules and its red around that area. The itching just started happening so I thought maybe I m allergic to something if you could help me out that would be great!?

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Balanitis -from Itchy redness on rim of penis, could be from- HPV or from Genital Thrush spread out from your thighs- which mostly has Jock's itch.Possibility of chlamidial infection is remote but needs to be ruled out causing balanitis.
Other possibilities need to be treated.
Second Opinion from Dermatologist is suggested.
Remedy-
TAb Acyclovir to treat HPV penile rash
Tab Cetrizine and Tab NSAIDs- like Diclofenac- to treat the inflammed red penile itchy rash.
Antibiotics to recover from Balanitis- which cold be -Doxycycline-200 mgs x 4-7 days time.
Tab Zicovit - for general recoupment.
Good hygiene of the private part-
Treatment of Jock's Itch with Canesten Cream / and or Tab Ketaconzole 250 mg x daily for 2-6 weeks depending on chronicity of Ringworm infection
