What Is The Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Constipation?
Dr. I am taking Rosavel10 since 5 days alongwith Ecosprin 75 based on a Dr's prescription due to Lipid profile's Triglycride level at 297mg/dl.
I am getting constant stomach pain covering from left to right portion of the middle stomoch and since 5 days my normal motion is disturbed and constipation started. Slight head ache continues. I feel my stomach is yith a slight food in take. Worried, what is tobe done? Kindly help.

The current abdominal pain and constipation are due to possible side effects of the anti-platelet and anti-lipid drugs.
Dietary measures, addition of proton pump inhibitor as Pantoprazole, laxative in the drug basket after discussion with your doctor will help well.
