What Is The Treatment For Severe Back Pain?
I am 67 years old, my weight is 66 K.G. I am suffering from Backache since 1985, had T.B. in 2002, Angina pain in 2005, Asthma & Severe Cough since 2007. At present I am suffering from COPD, SOB, IHD, Tachycardia, Spinal Stenosis, Glaucoma, Bilateral Anguinal Hernia, Multiple Stones in Gallbladder etc. Sometimes my Heart Beat shoots to 180 & I have to use Oxygen for a few minutes. Can anybody suggest medication for me ?

You have got multiple comorbid conditions with spine problem which limits treatment options. I would advise mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine to confirm diagnosis. Start tab durapain twice a day with tab pregalin X 75 once at bedtime. Consult pain specialist nearby you and get advice for nerve blocks which can be done under local anesthesia with good results.
