Hi
Strenuous exercise can put a lot of burden on back muscles and spine. This could be only fatigue or muscle spasm but still other conditions must be ruled out. An xray low back is a good starter of investigations. X ray will show if there is any dislocation or fracture.
Take some rest
and some pain killer like mafenamic acid 500 mg tablets or capsules three times daily.
Take a skeletal muscle relaxant like orphenadrine 50mg with paracetamol 650mg two times daily or tizanidine 4mg three times a day.
A physiotherapy session will help speed up recovery.
Ask again if unsatisfied.
