What Is The Treatment For Severe Constipation?

am mother of 2month old baby. i have severe constipation n my baby often cries while breast feeding n he passes in green colour. is it because am having fenugeek seeds with rice like porride in the night,because my gyne dr said it may increase breast milk. can u pls help me.,
