What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache And Vomiting?

My son is 15 years old . five feet seven inches and weighs 120lbs. Last month he was in a fight and the other boy hit him repeatedly in the head and he vomited afterwards. I took him to the doctor. At the time he had a severe headache for a few days since then no other symptoms. On Monday he received another blow to the head in rugby and has a black eye. I took him to emergency because he was spitting up blood (about a tsp of blood a few times a day) the doctor said it is probably related to the blow to the nose bleeding from behind. Is this normal because we are on day four and he is still spitting blood. He does not have a headache or any other symptoms.
