What Is The Treatment For Severe Left Testicular Pain?
sir , when i was playing cricket in the month of jan ,i was bowling and i hit my leg hard against the ground i had severe left testicular pain i had taken pain reducing drugs,2 weeks later my scrotal skin started loosening and 3 months later multiple black mole like discoloration developed on left scrotal skin

Read your history and understood your problem.
It is odd to have hitting your own leg against the ground and have left testicular pain. Then the development of loosening of the scrotal skin and now multiple black mole like discoloration.
The probable cause is that you had testicular torsion which was missed by you and / or your Doctor.
There is a rare chance of some sort of testicular cancer.
I would advise your the following:
-Have a clinical examination conducted by an Urologist to get a proper clinical diagnosis and
-This is to be supported by MRI or ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum.
Further treatment will depend upon the diagnosis one gets.
Till then have scrotal support.
