What Is The Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain?

Yes....since Sunday I have had severe lower back pain that goes all the way across my back, running fevers, chills, body aches, breaking out into cold sweats my neck and shoulder are also having intense muscle cramps....all I really want to do is lay in bed with a heating pad on my body....I also have not been sleeping well cause I m waking up throughout the night with horrible muscle cramps....any thoughts on what is wrong with me...cause I was fine it s like it just hit me all at once on Sunday and hasn t stopped...

Hello

I have studied your case.

Fever with back pain suggests possibility of viral illness.

You may need to investigate in form of complete blood count, ESR, CRP.
You may need clinical examination also to confirm diagnosis.
MRI spine may help to diagnose any structural abnormality in spine.
