What Is The Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain?

I have experienced lower back pain for months, frequency in the amount of times i want to urinate, I have been to my gp who discovered several times it appeared to be urine infection. Several times i have been treated with antibiotics but it doesn't work, I have last been sent for an ultra sound to carry out further tests but that has come back normal. This week I am getting worse experiencing fatigue and weakness in my legs, arms and tingling in my fingers with the pain in back more intense than normal. I seem to be fighting with my drs all time to investigate it further and its getting me down. help
