What Is The Treatment For Sleeping Disorder And Depression?

Hello this is my first time writing on this site...but my problem is i get enough sleep but when i wake up i feel so shaky and week. All though i haven't been to a doctor in a while last i went every thing was fine. I did suffer from depression when i was younger but I'm 23 now(my height is 5"7, my weight is 250) and i pray its not back. Can you please tell me what my problem is?

hiii dear

sleep disturbance is the part of depression

do you have other symptoms of depression??
if yes than go for detail evaluation

if u have only sleep problem than follow this to achieve natural sleep

fix sleep schedule and stick on it
no day time sleep
avoid smoking and drinking
avoid tea coffee before sleep
do exercise that make u fatigue
meditations
light food in dinner
music while u sleep
cool and calm bed room
use bed only when u feel sleepy

other than this medicines like benzodiazepine and zolpidame useful
take advise of you doctor before start
get well soon
