What Is The Treatment For Small Red Rash On The Stomach And Chest?

I have small red rash spots that have spread across my stomach, chest and lower back. It only showed up yesterday. It is very itchy. It does not look the same as a chicken pox, and I have already had chicken pox as a child but I'm not sure what this is.
