i,m 30 week preganant my calf muscle got very sore. It felt like you feel after a really bad cramp in your calf. I didn't notice it much yesterday, but did last night again it was sore. Now today, when I am walking it is a sharp stabing feeling and my leg gets weak. and get them when ever i streach my legs right or left i got them on my both legs and the pain in my calf will last for 2 t0 3 days
