Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I'm having an intense stinging pain in my right shoulder, shoulder blade and in my right rib. It gets worse when I'm inhaling or laughing. Can it be a wind, stuck somewhere in my chest or a spasm in my back? I don't know what to do to make it better.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be the arthritis of the shoulder, or the cervical spondylosis. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, and multivitamin supplements. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
