how long do people live for with stage 4 esophageal cancer?
its a man aged 45, scan yesterday showed cancer in liver, lymph nodes, and lungs. He's had 6 months of chemo and these tumors have appeared within 4 months of completing the treatment.

Esophageal cancer eith metastatic lesion in liver has very poor prognosis. Treatment of choice is chemotherapy. However life expectancy is very low despite of treatment. So consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
