i have a place on my shin that is swallow and is very painful. had it xrayed but doctor says it is a bad soft tissue damage. It is very painful. Cant stand for anything to touch it. I am not satisfied that this is all that is wrong with it. I dont remember hitting it. I know i must have bumped it but i dont remember it, It happened 2 weeks ago. My ankle turned black and blue. The doctor said that it could not have been from my shin damage. I just want to know if I put a ace bandage on it and some heat could this help? Doctor wants to see me again Thursday to check it. I just think their could be something else wrong. Where it is swallowed is where I broke it as a teenager. I am wondering if thier could be a hair line crank.
