What Is The Treatment For Swollen Cheeks?

Hello, this has never happen to me before, first time, im 29 years old medium size built male, now this happened around 2 days ago, my cheeks feel like they are swelled up but they don t look like it, it hurts when eating mostly hard foods, drinking is fine. I noticed today that there is a small irritation on both insides of my cheecks, redish looking, more on the right side. any idea what this could be?

This could be because of ulcer on cheek/fibrosis of mucous linning.My advice would be to have oral cavity examination by dentist.It could be the sharp tooth causing injury to cheek linning.
