What Is The Treatment For Swollen Knuckles After Hit To Steel?
I hit my knuckle on steal today at work. The pain was intense for a few minutes, then my hand was very week. Felt like I hit a nerve. Now my hand is sore when making a fist and I noticed some swelling around the knuckle. Could I have broken the knuckle even if I can still move it?

Hello,
As it sounds to be a direct bony hurt. Take a crepe bandage and Immobilize the hand first completely.
Post this if you aren't diabetic use icing or else hot water fermentation and do slow movements of the finger and hand to provide muscle movements.
If in 7 days of time if the pain and swelling don't come down take an x-ray to see if any hairline fracture happens.

In my opinion, with this kind of injury, to have broken bones is very common. I suggest you get X-rays of the affected part ASAP and use pain killers and a crepe bandage in the meantime.
