What Is The Treatment For Swollen Red Spots In The Toes?

Hi!
I take 30mg of vyvanse daily, and I am about to up it to 40mg.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have had a couple of strange red spots of swelling on my toes. They don't hurt unless you press on them, and even then they don't hurt much. The swelling seems to be getting worse as time goes by. I saw the dermatologist today, and he said it could be gout. One of the swelling spots is on top of the joint on my middle toe, but the other one is towards the front (by the tip but off to the side a little) of my big toe.

I have also been smoking cigarettes and drinking beer lately.

I'm wondering if the vaso-constricting effects of dextro-amphetamine and nicotine (and maybe alcohol) could be causing this. Would it be possible for marijuana to effect this? I smoke it occasionally.
