What Is The Treatment For Swollen Right Eye?

Hi. I noticed that my right eye is kind of bulging, though my left eye looks pretty normal. I had a (left) thyroid nodule removed 3 years ago but they said that my thyroid levels are normal. Can someone let me know what's the cause of this problem and if my eyes will get back to normal. :( Thanks!
