i jump from the wall and i was hurt on my left knee.got an MRI scan is the conclusion..1 tear of the anterior cruciate ligament 2.grade I intrasubstance tear of the medial collateral ligament, 3.moderate synovial effusion. 4 Bone contusions in the medial tibial and femoral condyles. please suggest what is the treatment for the aabove case . thank in advance
