What Is The Treatment For The TB In Lumbar, Spine And Pelvic Bones?

Hello Doctor I have had 4 to 5 times relapse of bone TB. I am female 38years and 1986 was the first time i had bone tb on T10 and then on the following relapses it affected the lumbar area in the spine & pelvic bones. The last relapse was in 2005.Since past 1.5years i had severe to mild back pain on the area where the erosion had occured due to Bone TB. Currently i take pain killer Mobic 3/4 times in a week. I do not have pain while walking briskly or sitting but experience pain & discomfort when i sleep on my sides and walk slowly or stand for few minutes. On visit to a Spine Specialist he did a very quick check and advised me few excercises provided by the clinics physiotherapist. Its been almost a month and i hardly see any difference. What conclusion would you draw & kindly provide me your wisdom for my own clarity
