Good evening sir,
I have a lab test report of Blood Culture
Blood Culture Report for enteric +ve after 24, 48 hours.
Organism identified s-typhi Gram -ve isolate
chloramphenicol-s+++
gentamycin-s+++
ceftriaxone-s+
cefoperazone-s+++
cotrimoxazole-R
Norfloxacine-R
Amikacin-S+++
Tobramycin-S+++
Azithromycin-R
Lemofloxacin-R
Please tell me about my treatment now

hi, you have S. typhi positive positive. so are suffering from typhoid fever. and you have gone through sensitivity test also. in report all drugs showing S+++ is sensitive. it means your typhi bacili are sensitive to that drug and drug will be effective. and all that show R means they are Resisitent and drugs will not effective against them. so you can take any medicine With S+++ like Gentamycin, Cefoperazone, Amikacine, Tobramycin. consult your physician and take treatment accordingly.
