Hi, i have a bump on my upper left labia that originally looked like a little red painless bump until i tried squeezing it. Now it is really sore and has grown a bit in size. It is hard to the touch. I tried poking it with a pin the other day because it was so large and painful and just a little bit of white and blood came out. Its a little smaller now but still hard and sore
