hi im looking for a doctor for my sister she has bad health problems she has been feeling numbness in her left arm and she has a bad back problem so bad that she can hardley walk she said her dr that she has now said they found something on her kindneys but he doesnt help her she really needs a dr that ewill give her care not the one she has could you please help me find a dr that could give her more care?she has HMO ?and lives in san bernardino

Hi.I feel concerned for your sister.basically arm and backpain could have a neurological basis..ex a spine or an intervertbral disc disease...for prompt pain relief I suggest pain killers of combination DICLOFENAC NA 100mgm+paracetmol 1000mg..basically she needs an MRI SPINE TO RULE OUT OR RULE IN DISC PROLAPSE OR DISC DEGENERATION.THIS SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT THE EARLIEST at the time of beginning of symptoms.other informative tests in this case would be NERVE CONDUCTION STUDIES.I SUGGEST YOU SHOW YOUR SISTER TO COMBINATION OF DOCTORS .....ORTHOPAEDITIAN...+neurosurgeon on your next visit to get the final plan.thank you.
