Here i am having instability and locking problem. This has happened suddenly during walking after playing table tennis and no knowledgable cause/accident for the same. but I dont want to go for aurthroscopy. any suggestions sir?

If you do not want surgery then there is no other treatment. I think you should get arthroscopy and get your meniscus removed. You will be totally pain free. Otherwise this suffering will remain.
