What Is The Treatment For The Posterior Horn Tear Of The Knee?
Dr.,I am 40 yr age male, suffering from Grade III posterior horn tear (medial miniscus tear) right leg knee, also partial thickness tear of colateral ligament. Doctors here advised for aurthroscopy. Here i am having instability and locking problem. This has happened suddenly during walking after playing table tennis and no knowledgable cause/accident for the same. but I dont want to go for aurthroscopy. any suggestions sir?
If you do not want surgery then there is no other treatment. I think you should get arthroscopy and get your meniscus removed. You will be totally pain free. Otherwise this suffering will remain.
