What Is The Treatment For The Torn Prolapsed Disc At L3-L5?

I have been diagnosed with torn prolapsed discs from L3-L5. My right leg is numb in the quadricep muscle, and also big and little toe on foot. Left foot has a feeling of numbness on 2nd and third toes(have just lost toenails due to nerve damage?) Am on strong medication - morphine, gabapentine, amitryptiline and naproxen. Have my appeal case tomorrow. Currently using two walking sticks due to dropped shoudler on the left. I am in chronic pain all the time. Is there any hope and point in being positive? I also take citalopram 40mg per day.
