What Is The Treatment For This MRI Report Of Spine?
What can be done to minimise the pain or eridicate the pain if have diffuse disc bulging and facet hypertrophy at L5-S1 level , causing moderate disc bulging and facet hypertrophy also noted at L4-L5 level . Associated small right paracentral diac protrusion noted . Moderate foraminal stenosis and mild central canal stenosis noted at this level. Indentation is seen on the exiting nerve roots ,particulary on the exiting right nerve roots at this level .This is an impression from an MRI L-spine w/o contrast

I really appreciate your concern, in disk degenerative disease pain can be managed with any analgesic medicines but this may not be the permanent cure for this, but it may need surgical intervention for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
