What Is The Treatment For This Ultrasound Report Of Kidney?

My son is 5 years old and is diagnosed with Bilateral small renal lower polar calculi. Measures 7.7 * 3.1 cms and shows evidence of a small lower polar calculus measuring 2.6 Measures 7.7 * 3.3 cms and shows evidence of a small lower polar calculus measuring 3.3. Request you to kindly advice for treatment.

Hello,

There is small and tiny calculus(stones) are detected in the present scan. Generally it will get passed through urine because of small size. As of now frequent follow up is only required.
