What Is The Treatment For Throat Pain And Sneezing?

I am out of my home city, Bangalore, right now and I am travelling for work to Porto Alegre, Brazil. Today morning, when i got up, I had severe throat pain, sneezing and mild fever.

I was carrying Roxid(roxithromycin) -150 and Allegra(Fexofenadine Hydrochloride) - 120 with me and I have started Roxid -150, twice daily and Allegra once daily

I have also started Paracetamol - 650, eight hourly. I am feeling a little weak also.

I am carrying some b-complex capsules with me and I usually taken them thrice a week.

Is there anything alse that I should do?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of throat pain and sneezing means you are suffering from condition known as sinus infection or sinusitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. You should take throat lozenges to relieve pain. You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option. You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
