Hi, over the last few months my foreskin has become very tight and splits if i masterbate or have sex. Its goes very red a get swollen and takes a few days to go down. I read that this could be thrush so i used some canestan cream and now the problem has got really bad i cant even pull my foreskin back it is covered with rips its itchy, swollen and stings when i pee. Please help
