Recently i was diagnosed with Cervical stenosis, ofer the past few months i am having tingling on forehead. I also have a strange feeling on my tongue, as if at times its dry, or too big for my mouth.there are some moments when i bite the edge. Other times i have alot of saliva.

HI, The tingling sensations you have on your forehead along with the weary feeling on the tongue can originate from single cause of Temporal & lingual arteritis/ or pressure on these arteries of deformed cervical spine.
