What Is The Treatment For Tinnitus?

Hello. I am having a hard time sleeping due to an invisible high pitch supersonic noise in my eardrums. Was tested for tinnitus from Ears, Nose and Throat Doctor but was Fine . Called police to complain about Sleep Deprivation. Was checked into local hospital and transferred to Mental Hospital where I still had problem. Googled Electronic Magnetic Frequency and Dr. Weil appeared to affirm issue. FCC says local Municipality and Zoning regulates this matter. Too many cell towers and antenas in my neighborhood - Unlicensed . I am concerned about all related health problems with brain, heart, kidneys, reproductive organs, weight gain / diabetes, etc. Is there an ATTORNEY who can represent my (Class Action?) complaint, in order to stop this loud constant noise that is disturbing my peace enough to drive me out of my un/comfortable home to find a quiet place to sleep, (just in the last month I actually pulled out all of my electrical outlets and turned off the circuit breakers but it did not stop the radio wave passing through the walls, after being here since 1993.
