hello doctor! i get tired very fast.my himoglobin is 9.4.i m in 9th and i have lot of works but i do little and get tired very fast.i m taking calacium tablets too and im eating fruits too.but still i get tired very fast.i get lot of headaches.i m a girl of 13

Eat diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, lean mean if you are non-vegetarian Consume pulses, cereals. Drink enough water. You need to investigate the source of Anaemia. It may be Hookworm infection if you have problem with stools. Do you experience any blood loss in stools (black stools). Check your blood counts also.
