What Is The Treatment For Tremor?

for the past month my heart's been beating hard.shaking my body constantly.day and night while am at rest.my stomach is moving up and down alot more noticably .at nite my heart shakes my whole body and stomach.i can also feel a shudder go up into my head.i also have a very fast beat when standing up for a minute.i dont feel to well at all and am very tired all the time. i had a chest infection and a flu like virus a month ago.am not very fit either.am 12.5 stone. i have a loud ringing wooshing sound constantly in my ears aswell.
